- Keep daily operations on track, ensuring team members are working efficiently and staying on task.
Customer Service:
- Interact with guests to provide a welcoming and family-friendly experience.
- Assist with service including scooping ice cream, preparing orders, and cashier duties.
- Ensure every guest leaves satisfied by maintaining high service standards throughout the shift, addressing complaints promptly and courteously.
Administrative Duties:
- Assist with cash handling during your shift, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Communicate any equipment issues, supply shortages, or operational concerns to management.
